Green Scene, I’d like you to meet a new personal friend of mine. Ice Cream Cake from Sugar House Selects, this is the Green Scene. I feel you’ll like this lovely purplish flower as much as I do now that we’ve gotten to know each other a little better.

Ice Cream Cake from Sugar House Selects is a cross between Gelato and Wedding Cake.
You’ll find she’s a very mellow kind of girl. She’s soft, uplifting, and lush on the intake, draped in trichome frost that’s easy on the eyes. After only a few deliciously deep draws, I will affirmatively say, oh yes, Ice Cream Cake is sure to make you smile.
Too bad Utah has such a choke hold on medical cannabis packaging requirements because like many, if not all cannabis strains, this near violet leaf has great visual appeal.
Ice Cream Cake also comes from good stock, her mom and dad are Gelato and Wedding Cake which made for a super clean taste delivered with what I felt was a velvety tang in the back of the mouth.
After a taste or two more, we were getting along famously for a first date. I found myself somewhere between completely relaxed and euphoric, which wasn’t at all bad. Her plump buds were slightly dry, which wasn’t surprising given its harvest date was June 23, 2020.
In my opinion, the State needs to speed things up when it comes to processing medical cannabis. Now’s the time to let your representatives know how this is affecting you. I know things take time, but wow.

Sugar House Selects is one of the newest craft cannabis brands to hit Utah’s medical cannabis market.
That said, I found the overall quality of this Ice Cream Cake to be delectably lofty with a significant downhome punch. She’ll swing nicely for the daytime gig or elevate your late-night in very meaningful ways.
Oh, and one more thing, I must give Sugar House Selects high marks for its choice of nearly indestructible, airtight glass jars.
She’s also a great relaxer, likely because of her lovely terpenes. Among them you’ll find linalool, one of the chillifying elements found in Lavender, and her citrusy scent comes from limonene commonly believed to help with anxiety. Rounding out the trio is her caryophyllene, it’s the spicy flavor with anti-inflammatory benefits.
What a cake, that’s about all I’ve got to say about this absolutely fine girl. In summary dear friends, and for obvious reasons, she and I are going to stay friends. I’d happily wake up, hike a mountain, work on my art, or dreamily fade out in front of the fire with this one.
