When will my order be shipped?

Standard order processing time is 5-10 business days, not including shipping. If any product has a different processing time, that information will be noted in the product description.

An item in my order is incorrect or damaged.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know straight away by contacting our support team by emailing info@saltbakedcity.com. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, however you will need to do this quickly after you place your order. Please send an email to our support team at info@saltbakedcity.com.

I want to cancel my subscription.

Magazine subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but a refund will not be issued. The automatic renewal will be deactivated, and magazines will stop arriving at your provided shipping address. If you would like to subscribe again at a later time, do not contact support. Instead, start a new transaction, which will begin a new subscription start-date.
